“ Excellent authentic Pakistani cuisine! They have something for everyone. If you want veg options they have it. Obviously excellent choices of chicken, beef, lamb & fish ”
“ As promised, we came back to this place for lunch last week just to confirm that the previous dinner we had was not a fluke lol Once again, the service and the food was spot on This is now officially my favorite Pakistani restaurant in the local area! If you're a true foodie and a connoisseur of Pakistani cuisine, I would highly recommend you try this place out ! This month is Ramadan and they have a nightly Iftar buffet . We are planning to get a large group together to try it out in a couple of weeks! FELLOW YELPERSTHIS IS A MUST TRY PLACE ! ”
“ Definitely recommend this place! I usually have them to-go but last week, mom and I dine in. No matter if you to-go or dine in, we waited for awhile but it's worth the wait. I usually get chicken tikka masala and lamb korma, original nan, and garlic and butter nan but this time we got beef nihari, chicken tikka masala, and garlic and butter nan. You can definitely taste the spices in very dish we ordered. The nihari definitely has some kick so if you can't handle spicy, maybe not get it or just drown yourself with water or milk. Ahaha. Beef nihari doesn't have a lot of beef pieces but the pieces are big and thick. Chicken tikka masala is really good and has a lot chicken pieces. Nan is light, fluffy and flavorful. There's still a lot of dishes I need to try. I definitely recommend this place! ”
“ Amazingly tasty food and excellent service. Whenever in Miami, go visit. You won't be disappointed. ”
“ Amazing local Indian Pakistani restaurant serving authentic dishes with an efficient staff. They have a lot of different dishes for both carnivores and herbivores. There's unique dishes I've never heard of and definitely excited to come back and try more but for this round, my friend and I opted for some entrees we were familiar with. The lamb kebobs were well seasoned and grilled perfectly. The flavors were spicy and smoky. The meat was juicy and tender. Paired with their flaky garlic naan, it was delicious. We also tried the vegetable korma. Big portion and loaded with vegetables. Very different from the usual sweet coconut creamy version I'm used to. This was more savory and tangy tasting. Comes with a heaping portion of basmati rice. ”
“ Amazing restaurant, always happy to eat here. We were in the area and decided to get lunch, didn't realize they had buffet until we walked in and I couldn't be happier. I love trying all of their food, it was around 24ish per person and super worth it. They had chicken biryani, beef raya, nihari, chicken tikka type of meal, and many more veggie curry options. The deserts were delicious as well. Unlimited naan and chai masala. When I am in the area, I will definitely visit again, super worth the price! ”
“ First time here, came with my sister and her coworker and her friend and her husband. Restaurant was packed and busy; which is a good sign. It took about 5-10 minutes for someone to come and take our order. My sisters coworker did the ordering for us as she knows the restaurant owner and she has been there numerous times. Our appetizers came out and that was delicious and first time I ever had it. Had two versions, savory and mix of savory and sweet. Then about 10-15 our entrees came out. We got sesame naan, lamb korma, chicken Karahi, and Chinese noodles. Food was delicious, service was a little slow (hence the 4 star rating) wonderful ambience . I will be back soon to try other things from the menu. ”
“ We were recommended this spot by several people and definitely understand why. Definitely worth the 1 hour drive from Miami to eat quality halal Pakistani food. We got their Nihari (classic oily restaurant Nihari), BBQ platter, and mango lassi. Everything was flavorful and very authentic. They had decent service (albeit long wait times to take our order) and the place has a nice atmosphere. Prices were also very reasonable. Definitely recommend Tarka for a huge menu with a wide variety classic Pakistan dishes. @ the owners, please stop using paper straws in the mango lassi! They disintegrate completely. ”
“ We chose this place based on reviews and were not disappointed. The owner and workers were all so nice from the moment we walked in. The restaurant is large. We accidentally sat near the doors that led to the bathroom so watch out for that if you don't want everyone walking up to your table. We ordered the chicken biryani, the nihari, chicken tikka masala, white rice and plain and garlic naan. Everything was flavorful and not overly spicy. The salad is a good portion for people to share. I thought it was supposed to come with chicken tikka, but still good plain. Would recommend the restaurant keeps the music on the whole time; it was too quiet. ”
